Working to develop an iconic community based art project to attract investment and tourism in the Levenmouth community
Scotland’s first new pier for over a hundred years will lead to the world’s biggest sculpture of breaching whales, as well as incorporating a gourmet restaurant, visitor centre and tidal turbine.
