The BBC have recently covered our ambitions to develop an iconic work of art with associated facilities to help support the regeneration of the Levenmouth area. The Levenmouth Whale Project will be a community-owned and run project to develop an iconic art and leisure attraction which will turn Leven into a major destination for national and international visitors. This will be Scotland’s first new pier for over a hundred years and will lead to the world’s biggest sculpture of breaching whales, as well as incorporating a gourmet restaurant, visitor centre and tidal turbine.
